Most of my products are personalized and made to order. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable, but if you have any problem with your order please contact me. Glow by Prints and Giggles is not responsible for typos on your order so please double check spelling. Refunds will not be accepted for incorrect spelling.  Non-Custom orders (such as lamps) are eligible for exchange or a return within 30 days. Orders exchanged and returned must be in new condition. You are responsible for shipping costs back to the shop (address is below).
