Orders can take up to 14 business days to process and typically take 5-7 days shipping time (USA).

US Orders

 All US orders ship First-Class or Priority Mail through the USPS.

Canada and International: Shipping cost is a flat rate fee.

*All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs. International Shipping (Possible Customs Fees)

Shipping Internationally can often have an additional expense for the shopper/buyer. The shop follows the standard customs practice in which all items received internationally and related customs fees are at the expense of the shopper/buyer.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By placing an order with Glow by Prints and Giggles, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to me. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Lost Orders/Order Delivery Issues

Glow by Prints and Giggles is not responsible for lost packages. If the package is notated with "delivered" under tracking, then every effort must be made on the shoppers end to locate the package. Please keep in mind, that even when it says "Delivered" via USPS tracking that it can still take another day to get to you. I don't have a reason why this happens, it just does, so please wait an additional day or two. =)

If your order does not show up, recommended options are speaking with your local postal carrier and/or visiting your local postal office and asking if there is a package waiting for you and a slip was omitted. Also look around your doorway and ask family or house members.

I will not send another item and/or a refund will not be issued if your item is notated with "delivered” via the USPS tracking. 

Additionally, if you have put the wrong address on your order, the order has shipped and been delivered, there is nothing I can do about getting the order back. You will need to either write your former address or swing by your former address. I can only update an incorrect address if the order has not  left the shop. 

Package Not Moving From Tracking

Are you checking your tracking and the package isn't moving? Are you an International customer and it has been several weeks and still not moving? This extremely rare (and unfortunate occurrence) happens every once and while. Typically, the package isn't updating and then will suddenly spring into action and be at your doorstep. Unless the package comes back to the shop, we have to wait. Thanks for your patience.

Damaged Order

Please send me an email including a photo of your damaged product. If it looks unsalvageable, a replacement will be sent.
